Classroom Instruction

Are your students citing Wikipedia in their papers? Do you want them to use scholarly resources and do higher quality research? The Information Literacy Program can help you improve students' work.

Library instruction sessions will be held in the McWhorter Information Literacy Classroom, located on the first floor of the library.

Place Items on Reserve

Place books, copies of articles, cds, and other material (from the library collection or from your own collection) on reserve for your class.

Before placing items on reserve, or if you have a question about copyright, please reference the Belmont Copyright Policy

Suggest Materials for Purchase

  • Would you like the library to purchase a book for your research or class?
  • Would you like a new journal subscription
  • Are you interested in an online database?

Please make all requests to your department's order coordinator. Each department has a designated faculty member that coordinates purchasing with the library Acquisitions department. [List of department order coordinators (pdf)]
