By using a computer on Belmont's campus, users agree to the University's Internet Use Policy.
There are 65 computers available in the library. 28 of these computers are located in the first floor reference area. There are 30 computers in the McWhorter Information Literacy Classroom, or MILC. The MILC is available for student use when no classes are in session.
All of the computers in the library are connected to printers, and all of the library's computers require users to log in. Students log in using their full Belmont email address (email@example.com) and their BIC/MyBelmont password. Guests may request a log in from the Reference desk.
The Frist Lab is also located in the library. It is not available for student use, but can be reserved for faculty or staff use.
The Frist Lab is inside the McWhorter Information Literacy Classroom on the first floor of the library. It has 11 user stations and one presenter's station. The area is managed by the department of Administrative Computing and Instructional Technology and can be reserved during the library's hours of operation. Reservations can be made by contacting (460-6301) or by submitting the online reservation form.
